Community Hope and Sober Events

Our Inspiration

Chase Rogers was an 18 year old student who attended both St. Francis High School and Mountain View High School. On December 6, 2006, Chase was found lying face down on the ground in a schoolyard. He suffered a heart attack caused by an accidental overdose of cocaine.

The following links share the story of how we wanted to turn a tragedy into hope for others in our community:

The Coalition

The specific purpose of this coalition is to organize and conduct activities and events that help local teens and adolescents who may be susceptible to drug or alcohol abuse or who need assistance and support to become, or remain, sober and drug free, and that engage the general community in the effort to understand and address drug and alcohol use issues.
